While much of the nation will be rain-free on Halloween, that won't be the case in much of the Northwest or parts of New England.
This feature will be a quick mover & rather weak. With that said, we’ll see scattered mountain snow (above 5,000’-6,000’), valley rain/snow & wind on Wednesday.
By Monday night and Tuesday, a coastal low will form off the Carolinas and move out to sea, bringing a chance of light drizzle or spotty showers along the coast. Winds will pick up near the shore, gusting up to 30 or 35 mph.
